Diving in Elba PROCCHIO

We propose all levels of diving courses, CMAS; PADI, SSI, AND NASE. Our centres have didactic and changing rooms, complete with TECHNISUB and MARES equipment.

We are able to effect more than 50 dives daily thanks to two confortable 8.5 metre boats equipped with Aifo 130 hp engines and a 5 metres rubber dinghy with a 40 hp. engine. On request we can provide advice and a handling service for Organisations, School, Clubs, Instructors etc. for meetings finalised at a better knowledge of all underwater activities.

The Elba sea-bed is full of emotions, from shallow rock formations, underwater caves and grottos to wrecks hosting multitude forms of life. Here on Elba you meet all types of mediterranean flora and fauna, in the protected area of Le Ghiaie, a true acquarium, where, only a few metres deep, grouper, white sea-bream, dentex and giltheads swim unafraid of the divers presence.

We offer 30 different diving departure points amongst the most interesting and fascinating of the island where the sea is a exhibition of life, culture and tradition.

Diving in Elba PROCCHIO is situated in Procchio, a popular, liverly locality only few minutes from a long, well organised sandy beach - good departure point for diving excurtions.

Diving in Elba PORTOFERRAIO is operative during the winter months and is based in Portoferraio, the island capital. (as it is close to the harbour there is no need to ferry your car).
