The area is particularly popular with families and guests who want to get around easily, and is also suitable for young people looking for a convenient starting point to reach the main leisure and entertainment areas, thanks to the bus stop less than 300 metres away.

The apartments are located on the ground floor, each with a private entrance, and are equipped with everything needed for your stay, including air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor shower with hot water, parking and barbecue.

The two-bedroom apartment is located in the inner part of the property, overlooking the courtyard.

It consists of an equipped kitchen/living room with oven, large refrigerator, double-bowl sink, crockery, coffee machine and everything needed for your holiday. The living area also has a sofa, TV and air conditioning.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This second bedroom also has a private entrance. The bathroom has a large built-in shower, washbasin and bidet.

Outside there is a covered patio, equipped for outdoor dining.

One-bedroom apartment sleeping 4

The one-bedroom apartment sleeping 4 is located in the innermost part of the property and is the most private accommodation, as it does not overlook any passageways.

The apartment includes an equipped kitchen/living room with oven, large refrigerator, hob, double-bowl sink, TV and air conditioning. The living area has two single beds, which are not sofa beds.

The double bedroom offers the possibility of adding a cot for children. The bathroom has a built-in shower, washbasin and bidet.

Outside there is an exclusive courtyard covered by a masonry canopy, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade of orange and lemon trees. An outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue equipped with utensils are also available.

Service for afternoon departures

Guests with an afternoon ferry can leave their car and luggage even after check-out, allowing them to spend a few more hours on the beach before departure. The outdoor shower with hot water also remains available, particularly convenient after a swim and before setting off on the journey.

Important notes

Registration is compulsory for everyone present at the property, even for a short visit without an overnight stay, including visits lasting less than one hour. Any guests must be notified in advance.

Information and special agreements

The property has agreements with the dog-friendly beach establishments Bagni Da Gabriele and Bagni C75, both easily reachable on foot.

There is also an agreement with The Bark Side – Centro Cinofilo Isola d’Elba, which offers services dedicated to dogs such as an exercise area, swimming pool and pet day care, useful during excursions or visits to places where animals are not allowed, such as Isola di Pianosa.

The property also offers discounts on ferries operated by Moby, Toremar and Blu Navy through dedicated agreements.
