The LA PINETINA APARTMENTS are in Lacona, a small area in the commune of Capoliveri, about only 1 km from the beach, and are perfect for those who wish a quiet and peaceful holiday. Lacona is above all an elegant, tourist resort, and thanks to where it is situated, is only about 15 minutes by car from Elba’s most typical towns like Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo and Portoferraio.
This small tourist complex surrounded by the hills in Lacona is part of a family run farm, and guests who wish can buy some of the home grown products: fruit and vegetables in season, olive oil and wine (both white and red table wines as well as the typical desert wines from Elba like Aleatico and Moscato).
Since the LA PINETINA APARTMENTS are in the hills, they are an excellent starting off place for mountain bike and trekking lovers who want to admire breathtaking views of the island, or for those who love peaceful walks in the heart of nature. There are vineyards and olive groves all around the apartments, so guests can be sure their holiday here will be quiet and peaceful, and if they wish they can cool down and relax under the trees after a hot day on the beach.
THE APARTMENTS
The LA PINETINA complex is one large building that has been divided into three apartments: two of them consist of 2 rooms and the other consists of 3 rooms. All the apartments have their own entrance and private car space, TV, safe, terrace or balcony with table and chairs, and a small area within the pine grove with sun umbrella, table, chairs and deck chairs. Guests also have use of the barbecue, outside shower and coin operated washing machine.
Apartment 1: 2 rooms, sleeps 4, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, dining room with bed settee + single folding bed, kitchenette, fully equipped terrace.
Apartment 2: 2 rooms, sleeps 3 + 1, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, dining room with bed settee, kitchenette, fully equipped terrace.
Apartment 3: 3 rooms, sleeps 4, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, smaller bedroom with bunk beds, dining room with kitchenette, fully equipped terrace.
