It is 2 km from the famous harbour town of Marciana Marina and 3 km from the fabulous sandy Procchio beach. Converted into just 3 apartments of which two have same owner, the one offered is the upstairs apartment (90 sq meters plus two terraces). The Tonnara is surrounded by a private park which includes an old fisherman's Chapel.
