Emerald Apartment

In Porto Azzurro, 50 m from the beach and the town square; adjacent to the Coop Supermarket, a large car park and all the necessary services.

On the first floor of a lovely building, it can be rented as a one-room, two-room or three-room apartment, because it is composed of three double bedrooms, one of which with television, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen, and large living room with additional canopy bed and smart 55 inch tv, two balconies, one very large with table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning/heat pump in all rooms, mosquito screens on the windows. The kitchen, with oven, is fully equipped and upon request we also provide all the linen.

Small pets friends are allowed.

If you want further convenience there is the possibility of renting a garage just five minutes from the apartment, even if you won't need a car because you will have everything you need around you.

The spaces of this house, which can accommodate up to eight adults and one child, and the two bathrooms make it a perfect solution for one or more families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together, each maintaining their own privacy, but also sharing shared areas such as the large lounge for eating together.

Almost unique in its kind, because in two minutes on foot you can reach both the beaches and you are in the town center.

Porto Azzurro has two beaches, one of pebbles and the other of sand equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas made available free of charge by the Municipality. Many trekking and mountain bike routes start from this lovely seaside village. In the evening, with its characteristic shops, evening street fair, and marina, the town offers many restaurants, places for an aperitif and entertainment in the square.
